2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, content assets, logos, branding materials, and access credentials when required
- Reviewing and approving submitted work within the agreed timeframe
- Ensuring they have legal rights to all materials provided to Creatix
- Maintaining communication during the project period
Delays in approvals or communication may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payments & Billing
- A deposit or upfront payment may be required before project commencement.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed invoice schedule.
- Late payments may result in paused services, delayed delivery, or additional fees.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Creatix reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in case of non-payment.
4. Revisions & Modifications
- Most projects include a limited number of revisions as agreed before starting.
- Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra charges.
- Revision requests must align with the original project brief.
Creatix is not responsible for redesigns caused by incomplete or changing client instructions.
5. Delivery Timelines
Project timelines depend on:
- Project complexity
- Client responsiveness
- Availability of required assets and approvals
While Creatix aims to meet all deadlines, delays caused by third-party platforms, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
- Final approved content becomes the clientโs property after full payment is completed.
- Creatix retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless a written confidentiality agreement exists.
- Any stock footage, licensed music, fonts, or third-party assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.
7. Content & Platform Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, and claims comply with applicable laws and platform policies including:
- YouTube Policies
- Meta Advertising Standards
- Copyright and trademark regulations
Creatix is not liable for account suspensions, demonetization, content removals, or advertising restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
8. Performance Disclaimer
Creatix focuses on creating high-performing content and strategic marketing campaigns. However:
- We do not guarantee specific revenue, views, followers, rankings, or conversion numbers.
- Results may vary depending on industry, competition, audience behavior, advertising budget, and platform algorithms.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, business data, login credentials, and project details shared with Creatix will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
In case of cancellation:
- Completed work and hours already invested remain chargeable
- Outstanding invoices must be cleared immediately
- Creatix reserves the right to retain unfinished work until payment is received
11. Limitation of Liability
Creatix shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses or indirect damages
- Platform outages or algorithm changes
- Third-party software issues
- Delays caused by external vendors or service providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
12. Changes to Terms
Creatix reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
